Diet wise, I hate Saturdays! This past week I felt I have been pretty off of my diet.. and the worse thing of it is, I really did not care..

A suggestion I saw this week made a lot of sense. It's OK to take a break - but set a time limit. Decide how long you're going to allow yourself to be/feel off and then get started again. When's your Doc appt for your knee? Hows it feeling these days?

You seem to be here for the long haul and as long as you are NOT like me who puts a "deadline" on weight loss, you will do great. Since you are making this effort for the rest of your life, one week in the vast scheme of your lifestyle change is tiny. As my sister says to me, "Put a rubber band around your neck and snap out if it." Easy for HER to say, huh! Get back on the bike and ride to Tiny Town. Handshakes for you, Pal! Take care!

Thank you Vickie and Teach-- when I got up this morning, I am down .2lbs from yesterday, which I think is amazing..lol...
