What a beautiful day today. The sun is shining, and it's 50 today!! It just makes me feel good all over!! I've made it through 4 days straight of exercise this week, I was afraid I wouldn't get it in today because my kids are off school today and tomorrow, but its so nice outside they could go out and ride bikes while I got my workout in. Today it just felt good to workout, the other 3 days this week it seems like I was so drained before, during, and after, but today I feel revitalized!! I've also been sticking to my diet perfectly and not feeling too hungry. Lots of small meals a day seems to be helping so thats good!! Here's to spring coming! Hope everyone has a great day!!!

Good job on getting your work out in. I know it feels like your neglecting your kids of you do your workouts when they are home, but as a Mom, you want to be around for a long time, so its not selfish, its actually self-less. They will appreciate it one day!

You have such a good plan going and yes, eating small meals during the day versus 3 large ones make such a difference. Keep up the good work.

Great! I think that it's always possible to find a way to get exercise in, even with kids! :-) That's what parks are for!
