I'm trying hard, not weighed in as iv smashed my scales but I do feel better for not weighing myself everyday don't feel so under pressure. I miss my puddings, hate mousses, n stuff like that I love stodgy puddings don't suppose anyone has a super low calorie pie, sponge, crumble, cake recipe??
