Today it's officially 1 year of dieting. Besides one slip where I gained 7 lbs ( last week being in Greece I had to eat Everything that I would miss) it's the first time in my life I lost this much weight and hold it too. Kcal kept at about 1500 daily except Sundays where I cheat. This years goal lose another 30 lbs keep it steady for few months and go for a tummy tuck. BTW I did not exercise At all this past year 😭😭
