So here are my losses from P90X as of day 30 (which was 03-01-2011):
Weight: 9lbs Chest: 1 inch Waist: 1.75 inches Hips: 1.25 inches Right Thigh: .5 inches Left Thigh: 1.75 inches Right Bicep Flexed: Gained .25 inches Left Bicep Flexed: Gained .75 inches
So that puts me at a loss of 5.5 inches all around! Not counting the biceps of course! I feel pretty durn good about myself...

I'm about to start P90X myself in the next week...pretty excited about that. Seeing other people get results like that in just one month is pretty encouraging, too.

As you should! And now aren't you even more motivated to stick with it!!! It's a great thing. Make sure now that you look at your nutritional requirements. Don't be like me and stay in the Fat schredder phase too long. I started to bonk out on day 40. So re-read the nutrition guide and you might be due to bump up your calories...which is a pretty cool thing! You have to work to now to increase what you eat!!!
