I have eaten ice cream every night for the past few weeks! I am going to the supermarket after work to stock up on some delicious fruit that I don't normally buy, so that I can have a healthy yet exciting alternative to the crappy desserts everyone else eats! Also, my mother-in-law bought a giant bag of Reese's Mini peanut butter cups and I haven't been able to stop myself from digging in at least once a day! Thank god they are gone now, and I don't have to be tempted by them anymore! But, heaven knows it's only a matter of time before she brings more contraband into the house and my struggle will continue! I am hereby promising myself that I will NOT give into temptation when it strikes, and I will not be unhealthy just because everyone around me is! Their actions may be beyond my control, but my actions are within my control! On a positive note, I have been sticking to my Couch-to-5K® running plan, taking a Sivananda yoga class every Saturday, and I even did a fun Burlesque dance workout yesterday! I am starting to enjoy running more than I ever thought I could, and once I get used to it I'll add some strength training back in (which I really love!). I am determined not to let these recent slip-ups derail me, and I'm confident that I can get back on track, and be even better than I was before!!!

Awesome buddy! If there's a farmer's market in your area, you can get some fresh in season fruits where you can even taste them before buying. Keep up the positive attitude!
