I am facing the fact that I am a procrastinator.. I could come up with excuses extraordinaire for just about putting off anything from exercising, studying, doing laundry, etc. etc.
I find I have to force myself to do those things that are good for me. I have no trouble now with eating good food, but the rest of it--forget it!
I just forced myself to exercise, because I was wasting too much time thinking I was going to study, but never did. Glad I did it, always am after I finish it..it's just cutting out all this extra time that I waste pushing myself to do it.
I did this cardio hip hop dvd and I swear they could have probably carted me off on a gurney, hip hop shoes and alls. But good workout and I know I burned some calories.
