Got up at 5am and exercised a little before my am shift. I honestly had planned on doing more when I got home, but a friend stopped by to visit. We had a CSI marathon going for awhile. I don't really feel too guilty bout not working out. I haven't got to hang out like that in a long time and I've always got the weekend to try and be a little more active. Being able to destress for a bit probably did me almost as good as the exercise right now :)
