Spent the afternoon in the ER. Just when you gain momentum. No swimming for at least a week. Might be able dance in a couple of days. Walking it will have to be and squats! 🤔😁 . How did I do this? Chopping vegtables 😂😂

I think it will be a few days. Trying to get a sling to elevate my hand across my body so I can get back to the gym with the correct support 💪
