Back up early again. 4:30 am on treadmill watching Biggest Loser, had to record it last night. 45 minutes on Treadmill then 2 circuits of Level II. Spent longer watching BL than planned so only had time for 2 circuits rather than the full workout. I did walk the treadmill at 3.0 for 20 minutes at 5% incline then the remaining at 10%. Felt really good.

Still eating the Flat Belly (from Prevention Magazine) food habits, adding in my MUFAs each meal and feeling really full. Drinking water, water, water. Kind of addicted to the Sassy Water of the Flat Belly Diet. Not bad really. Lemon, cucumber, mint and ginger! A refreshing combination. I am not a huge cucumber fan so wasn't sure I'd be able to drink it.

Had our office BL weigh in today and I lost 5.2 from last week. Last week was a lot of water retention, actually had gained .6 on the scales. Guess maybe there was something to this Anti Bloat Flat Belly stuff. Going to keep it up this month along with my folks and see how we do.

I love lemon cucumber water! yum. Awesome job with your BL weigh in. So exciting.

This mix is supposed to be good for bloat. Take a medium cucumber grated and sliced thin, thin sliced lemon, 1 tbsp grated ginger (good for gi tract) and 12 mint leaves (good for indegestion). Mix in 2.2 liters, (I put in 3.3 liters bottle) in frig overnight and drink on the next day. I don't make a fresh batch everyday, just refill with water and make it about every other day fresh. Tummy area definitely sees the difference. You can look at my food calendar and kind of see the foods I've been eating too. There are several webtites that tell a lot about the diet without having the book. Just google Flat Belly Diet. There is a UK article that gives you everything you need to know for the 4 day kickstart, menus included. Have to change out a few things and I didn't do 100% b/c didn't like prunes or tomatoes so substituted another fruit those days.

Wow - 4.30 in the morning... I was up then too, but there was no way my butt was doing anything other than trying to get back to sleep!!! Good for you!
