Today when I woke up and before nightshift I had a meal replacement shake. At work for my break I had a ham and bacon sandwich with cheddar, provolone, lettuce and tomato on a hamburger bun. And for lunch had a chicken salad wrap with lettuce, spinach, cucumber, tomatoes and feta cheese with a cup of coffee. I was so tempted to eat a huge slice of banana peanut butter bread. I even grabbed it and threw it in my bag for lunch at work. I ended up giving it to a co-worker who's lunch got eaten by someone else. It worked out for both of us I guess.
When I got back to camp I went straight to the gym.
Today's routine at the gym looked like this.
5 sets 8 reps tricep push downs 110lbs
5 sets 8 reps pectoral flys 120lbs
5 sets 8 reps 45 lb each side chest press
2 sets 8 reps 320lbs leg press
1 set 8 reps 340lbs leg press
1 set 8 reps 360lbs leg press
1 set 8 reps 380lbs leg press
Weigh in at 211 lbs
I went to eat after and had 3 eggs, 2 chicken breakfast sausages, 4 strips of bacon, red skin potatoes, fruit salad and a blueberry yogurt with a glass of orange juice. After being on the alternating day and night shifts I still find it odd eating breakfast every day before bed but Its even weirder eating dinner food right when I wake up. I think I will maybe replace my first meal every day with the shake as some of the food is just way to salty here and there is too many tempting deep fried and junky food. I mean I all tastes good but I don't think it's good for trying to lose weight. I just don't think my body likes that kind of stuff right after I wake up. Either way I am continuing to see progress and tracking everything is definitely helping me control my poor eating habits.
95.7 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Are you at a camp job? Not having control over your own kitchen would sure complicate things!

Yes grammalaura, I'm working at a camp job. Thankfully there is alot of selection of healthy options but with so many sweets and other kinds of my favorite foods it is hard to stay disciplined.
