I went to the pool this evening. My ladies' days are starting, so I won't be able to go for a good week. My feet started cramping up, so I had to stop what I was doing and cut the swimming short. Sucks.

Have you ever tried tonic water for those cramps?

Thank You Fulla, but I get the impression that the cramping is less due to internal factors than external. I wear flippers, and it's only after I started trying to go much faster that the cramps started. Probably the resistance from the water in fast motion made the muscles in my feet cramp. A case of too much too soon! lol But if it persists I will try tonic water. Can't hurt.

Good for you for doing swimming! It's great full body low impact exercise! I hope you feel better soon Mauni.

it's funny how the fast movements can really be so much harder. the aerobics instructor where i go sometimes does really quick movements and then we all fall behind. they look so simple on land, but are so much harder in the water. i hope the cramps ease for you.
