Good Morning to All! It has been a great weekend.Joined the Y and started working out.Looking forward to a new me. This will take lots of work. I walked 1.53 miles in one hour! I was proud of myself. My trainer said that I did I get a great. I signed up for 12 week workout..I'm On My Way.
