Did my 5miles today, got pissed at my dog cos he didn't want to cooperate at the park, wanted to chase evrth that was moving, even dry leaves! So I had to stop and take him back, then ran 5K and xtra 2mile cos felt like I could do more. Was racing this guy who got in front of me, was doing 6.2mph whole time! :) I like! Something is wrong with my muscle under my knee, hope just temporary..
