targetnya sama kak..ke 50 tapi udah 4 bulan stuck.masih aja di 53.5 kg😭😭

Avudavanlis : aku bahkan stuck lama banget kak waktu itu dari 55 ampe sekarang. kebetula lagi dirumah lama bukan dikostan, jadi makananku bisa dikontrol + workout rutin. Semangat ya kak💪🏻🤗
