This morning's reading: Fat: 33%, BMI: 25.8
Goal: BMI: 23
Main goal: FEEL like the TRUE ME and lose the FAT that I have been carrying all my life.
Specifically: Upper thigh cellulite and lower abdominal fat.
Method: p90x, trx, running, massage, infrared sauna, eating appropriately.
Motivation: a wedding in 30 days, Cancun for a week in 60 days and summer-midway in 2011 in 90!
66.1 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 1.9 kg a Week
