I haven't weighed myself today but from the way my clothes fit I think I have recovered from the last time my diet went off the rails. I must have a death wish or something. If I step on the scale and see a lb or more gone I suddenly get a craving for pizza and beer. And it doesn't stop there. Three days later I'm wondering what the heck is wrong with me! Over the years I have put on 100 lbs. A lot of that was emotional eating I know. I am single now and have a lot less stress in my life :-) so I don't know why I have so much trouble staying motivated. I really want to get healthy again. I know I have the genes for long life (My Dad lived to 92 and my mother is 92 now) and I'm blowing it.
