I went back to 163lb n didn't put weigh in on here as I was fed up, I listened to everyones advice especially hodgesafc about weighing butter ect had an eye opener, I use lurpak 20g 144cals no wonder wasn't doing well. so thank you everyone for Ur support n let's hope it's all down here from now
