Sooo.........you want to log an exercise - so you enter jogging and the only thing that comes up is running 8kph........who the hell jogs at 8kph?!!!

Ok admittedly I'm not tooo far off that, but seriously, how is that a generic fit for all?

Like you motivation but maybe don't try to start jogging at 8km/h just start small and build up to your goal speed. The best way to do that is by looking at your time over a set distance.

Thanks Zettie - I didn;t mean I was actually trying to - and I jog at around 7.3/4/5 anyway - what I meant was it's a one shoe fits all approach they seem to adopt - like i'm sure not everyone runs at that speed - thus the calories burned won;t be accurate?
