I lost half a pound.
I cheated lastnight.
Had a larger than normal dinner but all items were on the food list.
Chicken breast, salad with apple cider vinegar and 1/2 cup of french onion soup. That was twice as much than I normally eat for one meal on HCG.
Then I went home and cheated. I had a brownie, piece of cheese and two glasses of wine.
It feels like I have a brick in my stomach today. I had coffee for breakfast and still not hungry.
