Went to doctor yesterday. Met goal of 130 pounds, a total weight loss of 20 pounds. Was able to stay off diabetes drugs and, as a bonus, was taken off blood pressure medication! My BP was 120/80 yesterday! I owe credit to fatsecret.com for carb and nutrition info as well as helpful recipes. Thank you!
