Made a very poor nutritional choice yesterday. My salad just wasn't cutting it, so I went down to the grill and got chicken strips and fries. I usually get a grilled cheese sandwich, but I'm trying to limit my wheat and dairy consumption right now, so I went with a much worse option...

My body rebelled, and I even went home from work early because I felt so sick to my stomach. So I look at it as a good thing. My body is learning what's good and what's not, and it's fighting back if I make bad decisions.
