up at 7h45. Was so tired from all of the dreaming! lol I added table sugar to coffee for the last 3 days, and I've noticed that my knee joints ache at night. I don't think this is the first time that it happens, but never examined the question more thoroughly. I'm going to have to experiment. Has anyone else noticed this. Mind you, this is the only processed sugar I've had in the last few days. No junk food, or wine. (it's true nothing tastes like sugar in coffee)
