Today was a good day over all. I didn't have to eat that pork chop either! I did have some victories over fast food. I was really tempted to eat a hamburger from mcdonalds but I remember I had a fiber one bar in my car, That was a close one. I didn't exercise today but I'll make that up tomorrow!!
