I downloaded this app in September 2020. I am one of those people that let lockdown get the better of me. stayed in and basically ate all day and everyday. This app helped me big time. keeping track of what I was eating played a huge role. It wasn't easy, still isn't easy. I am really just grateful for the day my eyes finally opened and I saw the damage I was doing to my body. I set a goal and 10 months later I have met that goal (Oh and even exceeded). I am full of energy and I have a much better relationship with food these days. I can only preach Consistency. START AND BE CONSISTENT.
63 kg Lost so far: 4.9 kg.    Still to go: 4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It happened to a lot of people. This pandemic is a lot 😅I managed to gain 11kg in a year during the lockdown. I can’t even remember what it is that I ate. But the sedentary lifestyle and wines are probably the culprits.

🤣🤣 lockdown was a rough time. Meanwhile, I was actually exercising everyday during the initial lockdown days. I'd workout for like one hour in the day and rest of the hours of that day I spent on the couch or in bed eating junk. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
