Love this HCG! It's not that hard to do. I am not hungry at all and have been staying under 600 calories a day. It seems like days I cheat I don't really gorge like I did before. I will have a bite of something and I consider that cheating! Amazing I go from 3000 calories of anything and everything to 500-600, never thought I could do it.
I am down to 213. Hope to lose at least 7 more by the time we head out on our Disneyland trip 3/9/11. That will put me at 206.
My goal weight currently is 185. I will decide once I am at that weight how much more I want to lose. Maybe 10, maybe 20!!! :)
