Yummy food today. Big porterhouse steaks, baked potato, broccoli casserole and breaded mushrooms. Did pretty good. Right at 1500 calories. Been trying to stay around 1300. Still have my exerciese to do. Oh well tomorrow's another day. Will get back on track. Have a great evening.
