Going to focus on good news.. for the month so far.. not the bad.. ..fat -3.91%*, Sat fat -32.87%*,Cholesterol -45.78%*, fiber +199.05%**-- * based on the recommended amount for the calorie intake... ** This does not include the salads that I have eaten.. salads are my only "Cheat food" that I do not record... and yes, I eat a lot of salads (anywhere from 4 to 5 lbs a week.. I decided to see how much fiber I have increased if I included salads..lol.. +226.19% over the recommended requirement.. is that too much fiber???

If your digestive system is handling the fiber well, that isn't too much. Sometimes a drastic increase in fiber can result in constipation for a while, but if you aren't having problems, enjoy your fiber!
