my husband had a scroll through my FS (curious) Hubby: "Do you notice the difference in your food presentation?" It is one of my 'quirks' and no, I don't notice. Maybe some of you have...but yes, I have a 'thing' where my food cannot touch one another. 🙃🤔🤫

I’ve heard of that. It would never work for me; I would have eat off a 16” tray! (Salads take up a lot of room - and are harder to corral than a herd of cats!)
Your meals are healthy and look delicious. All main points - ✅ !

lol. yes, it doesn't apply to everything, like salad. like a roast dinner can't touch, but he next day can be a stew. seriously...you'd need a rule book to keep up with my quirky dinner plate rules.

Hi! Can you explain why the different food isn’t so far apart instead of having it all mixed together? Is that stylistic or does it help lose weight? Thank you!
|
No, I'm afraid I can't explain. An OCD trait? I just prefer my food doesn't touch...it's an odd quirk. Does not help in any way.
