Fellow salt lover here! … I have discovered that you need much less seasoning if you add it during the cooking process rather than later at the table. So now I use the recipe amount, or less, while cooking; and refuse to salt at the table. At first it seemed a bit bland but I quickly adapted. Try it. You will too! Work still in progress 😊
