Today was a middle of the road day! I lost 8lbs!! but I ate horribly!! I was afraid to step on the scale today! I'm glad I did. Hopefully I don't have a day like this again in regards to food intake! Right now I'm going to rest from my work out! Almost under 400! Though I have been there before it is always nice to see a 3 instead of a 4.
