It was Spring break for me
for some reason I lost the urge to eat
usually I munch all day
now I only eat a small (very small lunch) and something later for din din. Lost 10 pounds - Ooooh I also started walking 2 miles almost everyday.

Cool
102.5 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.0 kg a Week
