What is the difference between active calories and total calories? This always confused when I have to log and exercise…

You can log the total calories (there is a thing called after burn that also accounts for calories burned). But with the apple watch of you sync the apple health app to your activity app you can then sync the health to the fatsecret app and your activity will automatically get recorded to fatsecret - I think it's genius
