I don't want to start a big hullabaloo, but I was going to start logging my exercise. However, there is no way that resting and sleeping burns up that many calories. Adding it all up, you could burn a ton of calories simply by laying on your butt.

That is how I got here. I don't think you will lose a bunch of weight like that. Just my 2 cents.
