well this week....I noticed that when I was stressed I ate again, but I did not eat as much as I have in the past. Plus there were like two days that I really didn't work out. That was a bummer, but I am noticing that I am really starting to get addicted to working out.

Getting addicted to working out is good. Remember to give your body a rest day as well to keep from over-exertion. Great job overall & keep it up buddy,.
