@Jantileal. No real program but: 1. Eat calorie deficit every day of 500kcal or more. 2. Go to the gym at least three times per week for weight training (more if possible). 3. Cycle most days for transport instead of driving or go for a walk to keep active. 4. Have things you enjoy but fit them to the calories and macros 5. Don't cheat
