I bought digital scales last night- and love them. It takes the guess work out. My training from couch to 5K makes me feel good. On my resting day- one of my knees was hurting a bit- but less than it did before. I'll keep a watch on it. Cravings are a thing of the past on this diet...I'm pretty satisfied.
110.7 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 47.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
