Big mistake I did today!! I had a weak moment and I ate 8 bone-out wings (pizza hut)...and when I input this food and saw the calories...OMG!!
However, I will hit the gym this weekend too...hope I can get to my goal and weight under 230 pounds this week.
Next time my boss order pizza, wings and pasta..I'll look for an excuse and leave my office!! I love this type of food!!
