Hi! I have a question for y’all.
I’ve been doing omad since April and lost 19lbs, lately I’ve hit a plateau or gain weight out of nowhere for no reason at all since I’ve cut carbs aside from maybe half a can soda a day. I’ve met somebody who does omad differently, in a more intuitive eating type of way. They prepare their meal ahead of time and eat a few bites when they’re hungry through the day and finish it at fast time or stop eating if they finished it before. Has anyone tried it? All in all it’s the same quantity of food in a day and the same deficit isn’t it? Thanks for your input!!
