Since Brian and Haley arrived have been eating lots of ice cream hot dogs. Beer. Pizza and generally bad stuff. But still averaging 1900 calories per day. So not sure why I gained 5 lbs so fast. But only biked twice in past month. Plus on bday ate lots of jeannies cake and beer and high sugar pina colada mix. So now back at exact goal weight of 177.4 which I originally hit back on Nov 14 last year. Time to reduce calories and ride bike again!!
