I love ostrich. so versatile. I never thought I would be the kind of person to say "make my steak rare" but heck yes... it's yumm and so lean.

Absolutely Shereen, very filling too I must say I ended up not finishing my plate as my tummy was full after two pieces of the fillet…😄
