I have been following pretty well and trying my best. I feel that my period is now over so hopefully my body is getting back to normal. I actually weighed myself today and it said 104, but I am reluctant to actually record that because it seems too good to be true..so I settled on 104.4 and if for the next two days I can hold onto 104 then I will record it. I also discovered a delicious spicy hummus...I am all about it!!
