Back to doing the food diary thing…even the good, the bad, and the ugly. Being honest about what I’m eating even though I don’t like to.

Hitting this plateau sucks! I don’t really have anyone or anything to blame other than myself. Wish I had more will power when it comes to food. When I fall off the wagon it’s hard for me to get back on. My mind convinces me that I’ve screwed up and I should just give up. Which is weird because I am only that way with food, everything else I’m pretty relentless at and don’t ever quit or give up.

I truly want to overcome this food addiction!

Hey, I ate worse than usual for the past three days and still stayed completely aware of it. It’s not fun to be aware. Thanks to that awareness, though, I most likely won’t have a bad month or longer, and won’t put the weight back on because of that! I’ve been honest since day one, even when I was eating terribly, and change started there.
