@juicypumkins hallo ka. Aku makan di 1200 cal. Bmr aku 1500 jadi aku cut 300 calori per hari nya. Makan nya cuma kurangin carbo aja ka. Trs workout nya cardio sama lari. Skrg wo nya di rumah cuma senam aja 40 menit.
