Went swimming this am - felt fantastic afterwards!!! That's a rare occurrence. I live my life tired with not enough energy to 'clean my daily inbox' or make my dreams come true.

I'm hoping if I lose the lbs, I'll have a whole lot of energy.

Carrying an 8lbs watermelon yesterday, and realised how heavy that was. And it dawned on me that I've been carrying at least 5 watermelons everyday of my life. No wonder I'm tired all of the time. And I'm so sick and tired of being tired.


Listening to Dr Oz, he had a segment where like in a True or False gameshow he let slip out that he does not work out 45 min every day, and said 'I don't even know if people should'..

That caught my attention. Not that I work out 45 min every day anyway!

I started with extreme back pain (8 200mg ibu to grt through the day get home and have to lay on the floor for an hr) and I started at 10 min a day every day except monday (my reward to myself as I workout every moring) and now im up to 20 min a day but sometimes I do 5 to ten min whatever I have avail for time. I dont belive you have to workout 45 min. I dont plan on any more than 20, as I dont want to be uber fit stud muffin, but I will say anything helps with boosting your metabolism, get the blood puumping and a quick sweat, and your body will reward you. Here is a tip. Focus on core workouts, pushup/plank/squats leglifts then advance to pullups over time (im not even close to that) do the core and the rest is easy.
