I woke up really early--like 3 am. I was sitting at the table, drinking coffee and reading my magazines ( e-magazines--those are great!). I read in Good Housekeeping magazine that Valerie Bertinelli gets up an hour ahead of schedule to get in her time on the treadmill each day. I kept on reading and started feeling a little big- bloated and all.
So I got up and did my 2 mile power walk-the Sansone dvd. Felt better and now comfortable reading my magazine and having some coffee.
