Walked 3.8km today. went to the pool, but it was closed....
The support shown on yesterday's post was really a determining factor on my attitude today. I felt like quitting yesterday, but all the members who showed up and gave me a supporting word and made me realize that weight loss takes time and to be happy with little results, and not expect it to be resolved overnight.
I need to keep rereading the post, and my own journals to keep me focused.
