Had a very very bad day today going over my calories by a landslide. As I try to head down my journey for weight loss the road is getting harder and harder.Still I am grateful for my food log so I can be accountable for my over eating. There was a time when I would just act like it never happened cause I would be ashamed and by letting everyone veiw my log less me know I am only human and will have downfalls. I just pray next week will be better and I can resist temptations:}
