Day 3 is here and I woke up this morning with the worst cramps ever!! I hate this time of the month. It SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! I'm going to exercise today, in hopes that will help a little bit, even though all I feel like doing is curling up into a little ball and sleeping. I still have my daycare kids to take care of so that is not an option. I have only had coffee and pain reliever so far today, and I need to get a warm filling breakfast in me so maybe oatmeal today. I think this might explain why I was so hungry a couple of days ago. It seems like I can't get full right now and that always happens. I will keep drinking my water, and hope for the best, this will pass in a couple of days. Hope everyone has a great Wednesday!!!

I know what you mean - not feeling full when you have TOM - I'm always like that! Thank goodness I'm on the 3 month pill, so I only get it 4x a year! Try and eat something healthy, and I'm sure you'll feel better soon. Maybe get one of those heat pads that stick to you, and put them on your stomach - that may help! Good luck!

oh yeah, those heating pads are a great invention. Good luck keeping your cravings in order during this time, I know I am the same way that it is hard... but you can do it.
