Holy-Catamoly have I been hungry lately! I'm not sure if I can attribute it to the workouts that I'm doing on this 21-day challenge, but I find that I'm just breaking even everyday with my input and output. Luckily, if there is anything that I underestimate, it's going to be my activity, so hopefully I'm netting a bigger deficit in reality.

Week 1 of this 21-day challenge has gone pretty well. I have to hustle to get through the routines if I want to get it done on my lunch hour...that helps to keep the intensity level up though so I won't poo-poo that at all. I've got some good muscle aches going on so I know I'm working.

Friday nights at our house have been declared "party-night" by my 6 year old. He enjoys staying up a little later than normal and he gets to watch a movie (which is a big deal for a kid who doesn't get TV during the school-week). It also means pizza for dinner and popcorn for a snack. I think I've curtailed my eating today JUST ENOUGH to partake in both.

Have a wonderful weekend all!

It seems like when I change up my workouts and am doing something more intense I'm hungrier. It doesn't last too long and I'm sure in a week you'll be back to normal eating or hunger levels. I love the party night! We used to do Friday Fat Night on occasion, and that would be our night for frozen pizza or eating out or having ice cream and watch a movie. We've gone away from that now because of a busy schedule, so maybe we need to implement that again. Good luck with that challenge!!

Could just be your week to be hungry. If it's not empty calorie food - your body may just need it.

I love moments like that spent with my children. They make the best memories!
